Yes you got the title right. They do offer you a dialup connection on the other hand you pay them the charges of a broadband connection.
It's just not the speed that matters here. Service also counts. Where BSNL comes last, you have to have a backup connection in case you got BSNL.: P
BSNL lacks in everything other thing. Apparently every government company does, thats no surprise.
Recently BSNL was on the hipe everywhere, because they were going to raise up the minimum bandwidth to 2 mbps. But very sweetly they played their tricks overthere too. The drill came out when people started having the same speed after 1gb of usage.
Dont go for BSNL. EVEN IF IT IS THE LAST RESORT .
