Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., is the old, very useful phone in older days. It is a largest and oldest telecommunication network of India. It is very famous land line phone and favourite for old age people. My father and mother maintain the phone like their child. I remember very well my first BSNL landline phone was bought by my family in 2004. At that time I was in College 2nd year. I like that phone very much and later in 2008 we bought a PC and connected BSNL Broadband through that Landline Phone.
It has very good connectivity with no interruption. Internet speed is moderate. But the connectivity will not get hang anytime. Connectivity Reliability is good and enough for the home works.
Service and Support is ok. Not very good enough. Billing and customer serivice is not satisfactory among the BSNL customers. Now a days other service provider like idea, airtel, aircel, docomo, vodafone and latest jio is very fast and service is extremely good. Comparitively BSNL is not good that enough.
Biggest drawback in BSNL is there is no 4G network. It has only 3G network. So only customers switch over to another company very easily. But there is new plans arived day to day with the competition with other broadband networks. It is good one. From BSNL there are lot of unwanted messages are coming. I dont know how to stop them. For the very modern and fast world we cannot survive with BSNL Broadband if they continue this type of service. If they improve their quality like 4G and customer service it will serve better and lead first in India. They have to change their plans and give importance to new idea and innovation.
