I am using BSNL Broadband at my office. I am a freelancer working for USA clients with 5 employees in my office. Initially I found a little bit slow speed like 512 Kb/s two years ago but now BSNL is provinding 1 MBPS flat internet speed in my LOWEST internet plan.
I can find the charges and other details from BSNL broadband site and there is a broadband plan compare software on website.
I can use BSNL self care site to keep track of your bandwidth usage. Once I create an account it takes a day to get updated from then on you can check the site to see your bandwidth usage. Check the unbilled usage details know my current bandwidth.
BSNL is proving optical fiber cables so it always gives improved internet speed.
I am highly satisfied with services and customer support.
