Here I am sharing my experience with bsnl.
In MadhyaPradesh bsnl 3G network not good.every time network signal is going up and down.
And call quality not up to mark.In between call I listened Eco sound most of the time.Away from the big city bsnl provide only 2G network.If your main balance is zero then you receive reminder messages continuously from bsnl and believe me this very irritating.
There is no good customer support to solve your problem in short time.If you go to bsnl office no one attend you to solve your query.I am fed up with rude behavior of bsnl employees to customer, Bsnl Pls improve your service & network area.
