I tried using BSNL 3g data card at Triplicane . Chennai it shows HSUPA with couple of points in signal strength it connect successfully and internet works but the signal kept on changing to gprs, edge, umts, and hupa My outlook kept on disconnecting and connecting again and again due to this signal function even my tata phton is providing a better signal strength with no disconnect in between.
My suggestion for others is to try different card from different service providers before taking a plan and not to go by the review from other the signal strength varies a lot between neighbors and also rooms/.
