I am using this network since 2012, and had no problem in network, specifically Bsnl is government mobile operator. In the rural area Bsnl takes the lead through its network coverage. Bsnl network all over the India, and call cost and data Cost are low, Bsnl provides student plan, and student plans cost are very low so students can easily afford this cost . Bsnl 3g speed not to my liking, 3g speed like 2g speed , it can easily solve by Bsnl in future.
