BSNL Landline service is very good but Mobile service is very poor in our country. BSNL mobile network not good work in villages of INDIA. Our urgent calls lost many times. Reacharge card and flexi reachare avilable in every city, But when we reacharge BSNL mobile number, server is down down down. we trying to cutsomer care number, server answring, Plz try after some time. Customer care staff hold our line for long time almost within few minutes our connection is break. Internet service working slow. Reacharge plan good but not use properly.
