I have a BSNL WLL connection with Chennai Telephone for the last few years. For the last 2 months the service has become so pathetic that I am not even able to use the connection and paying heavy bills every month.
Incoming calls no need to mention - the phone rings once and the call gets disconnected that nobody is able to call me.
Outgoing calls , gets disconnected every 2 minutes that if I have to talk for 5 minutes I have to call two or three times. due to frequent disconnection of the calls I am getting a heavy bill. I complained to BSNL, they said since there is no feasibility for a landline I have to manage with this connection.
But a few weeks ago, fortunately my complaint call was answered by the AE of the exchange who had the good mind to suggest that I can surrender my WLL phone and he is ready to allot a new landline for me. He took interest and collected the application forms and already a number has been alloted, but the connection has to come yet. Anyway the WLL connection, despite having a mobile tower close to my house gave me so much trouble all these days.So don't go for WLL connection since it is really troublesome.
