I am using bsnl since last 3 years. Whenever there is a need of 3g net it doesnt works perfectly. Network coverage of bsnl is very bad. 3g net runs like 2g net of airtel. Network issues during calling. During travelling in between there is no network coverage.
Call rates of bsnl is also very bad. On 3g network of bsnl, video calling is not possible. I would not recommend anyone to buy bsnl sim or if you have bsnl and suffering from network problem then port it to any other operator. Customer service of bsnl is also very bad.
Then dont pick up call most of the times. Bsnl have to reduce its calling rates and have to improve internet services.
