Bsnl is good in rates and even they do not deduct any unnecessary charges. Its little good for internet. That is only good things in bsnl.
Things to be complain are very poor network. Even many time cross connection aswel. Businessman can not use bsnl. Such a poor network that he will be always not reachable.
Staff in bsnl is also very lazy and irresponsible. To take new connection I went for 6 times. Even though everything was correct and submitted from my side.
If any private buddy will be instead of then it may take hardly 2 hours.
Bsnl still lacking regarding to compitition and they do not care at all for this.
Just it is supported by government thats why it is surviving otherwise no one will ask.
People buy bsnl prod just because they do not have any option or some may be whatever we will pay to govt indirectly.
