Used the bsnl 3g prepaid service in pune and thought I'd share my experience.
Got myself a prepaid card from Yerwada exchange. Rs 180/- This includes Rs 150 of talk time and 220 mb data.
The coverage is not very good. Used in on my phone and most time the browsing was slow and I think it was basic gprs speed. Coverage is also not much to talk about. Went in Maharashtra coast to karde. no bsnl coverage there and idea had a signal for phone/gprs.
Back in Pune as well, at home I have to switch to wifi cos the pages take forever to load.
Bsnl charges are quite cheap but what you are getting is not much at all.
