Actually I m too a bsnl user and I must say I m completely dissatisfied with the services given by bsnl.
I am using my sim in harayana . My phone hardly catches 2 out of 5 signals in phone .
That mewms that signal amount is poor.
Call drop is a part of bsnl.
You never get a good quality of call in bsnl.
There is call merging also and a lot if disturbance in calls.
Bsnl is also not available in many parts of country like in some areas of delhi.
So you suffer a lot of signal issue.
Net is also very slow in bsnl.
So I must say you should try other company then bsnl.
