I m using this bsnl 3g data card teracom lw273 model which gives speed of 7.2mbps.the day I bought it n inserted in my laptop installation failed.
1.frequent and spontaneous disconnections.sometimes the status shows connected but I m unable to open any website.
2.the network which shows "umts" changes to "edge" on it own n u get disconnected.
3.this message comes frequently-the ppp link protocol is terminated.still unable to solve this.
4.the modem is locked to bsnl network.
5.no unlimited plans r available.
6.bsnl cc has a notorious reputattion n I was aware of dat.i called them 2-3 times n as expected they had no idea.
7.now I went to bsnl office to get it recharged there was an old lady sitting at the counter. I clearly told her that I need a recharge of rs 200 on my DATA CARD which gives 500mb.repeated it 2 times.she told me dat the system is down n it ll be credited in an hour.after an hour when I check I m getting 180 rs in the main balance.i told this to the office incharge but they r not ready to listen anything.he in turn says that this is ur mistake.
If anybody wants it then plz call me on 9409118755.mostly its good for those persons who stay in a city where only bsnl 3g has some sort of coverage.
