The BSNL mobile I have been using since last ten years or so.The Quality of the service, coverage, penetration in the market and offer plans all are excellent among others.They are the first mobile network service has introduced all india roaming free and roaming incoming call free, mobile tv etc.
But the only disadvantage is marketing Due to poor marketing most of the advantages not reached to all.The best thing is 100% network availability and never gets disconnected.
the very bad thing about this network is not much skilled and properly trained workers, staffs and marketing people.
