My wife is having number with BSNL company. We have took this card before few years back, so now this one is her main number too. She was in need of internet so I went for it and recharged for 1GB 3G internet. To be honest it was worse experience I ever had. I don't know if it was problem with my area only but it was losing 3G connection again and again. All other operators are working fine here so it was them only. I tried to talk with customer care about it lots of time, but only answer I got it "they will fix it soon". But so far nothing happened.
Just because of this problem I tried to change the operator by mobile portability process. But after requesting that other operator told me that BSNL is not processing the request for any reason. When I talked with BSNL customer care for the same problem, they told me that they never received my request! So I did all process again. But still I have to hear the same dialog from the BSNL!
Now I have to forcefully use their number. How many time I should try the portability process. Worse service.
