I am having 2 sims, one of Vodafone and other of BSNL, and BSNL has given me the worst results. Connection is not coming, net is not coming etc.
I am having a postpaid sim of bsnl, in that I have activated 3G internet pack but it doesn’t only works!, what is the benefit of paying monthly bills if you cannot provide a good service.
When I asked them why is it not coming they said you have to do this then this and then that, In short they explained me a very long process.
If you are having a bsnl sim and you want net on that you can’t get it, and because of that reason I bought Vodafone, and it’s net works instantly! And also works really fast. I don’t know if you are facing the same problem or not, but I faced this problem and after this experience I would not recommend you to go for BSNL. Go for airtel, Vodafone, Jio etc. But don’t go for BSNL.
