I had bought BPL above model washing machine in Mumbai in the year 2002(17th APRIL) but today I am repenting for it. Last year (2004) my automatic panel was out of order, which was replaced at the cost of nearly Rs1000/- and then last week my motor got burnt(on 30th July) service center sent their person to check up and he advised that motor is burnt, he was also kind enough to advise me that oflate this is the main complain and I was third customer in one week for this motor fault. Now it seems that service center do not have motor in stock and till todate (5/8/2005 ) I am without my washing machine functioning and heaps of clothes are mounting daily. In fact, I had in the past bought HITACHI machine in the year 1990, which gave me best service till 2002 (12 years ) without any fault and got it exchanged with BPL. So can somebody help me as there is no response from service center and BPL does not have their own site to putforth my grievances.

AT LAST THEY ATTENDED IT ON 12/8/05 AND FITTED NEW MOTOR, WHICH IS AGAIN NOT AS SMOOTH AS ORIGINAL ONE, NOW MACHINE GIVE HORRIBLE SOUND WHILST RUNNING. NOT SATISFIED WITH ITS PERFORMANCE.
