February 03, 2016: The German luxury automaker, BMW has officially launched the updated version of X1 at the 2016 Indian Auto Expo with a price tag of Rs 29.9 Lac(Ex-showroom, New Delhi). Powering the car is a 2.0-litre diesel engine only, that delivers 190bhp of power with a peak torque of 400Nm. The driveline is further mated with an 8-speed automatic transmission, that sends the power to the rear wheels. A petrol engine might also be added sometime later this year.
The next-gen X1 has acquired the design cues from X3 and comes with an all-new aggressive front look. The new X1 SUV now gets the bigger dimensions with improved wheelbase and updated LED headlamps as well as the LED taillamps. The SUV will lock its horns with Mercedes-Benz GLA and Audi Q3.
BMW X1 is the most luxurious car in India. Its a different cost efficient to the other luxurious models, which was launched by the BMW motors. I will buy it as possible as soon. I can spend Rs.25 to Rs.30 lakh, but need to know that I able to maintain its luxurious car expenditure. Often happened that maintenance is too costly of its high value cars. It will available in the Sport utility vehicle. I have learn about SUV, it means that Sports vehicle type to feel a sporty.
