Last Saturday, 26-03-2016 my mother boarded the KIA 6 Vayu Vajra from Airport. The service was prompt and fast, no complain about that. But while she got down from the bus, she told us that the driver of that bus dropped her somewhere and asked her to catch another bus free of charge. They helped her to get another ride, that's not the problem. But what was the intriguing factor, the bus didn't come at the Kadugodi terminus, we missed that point. So on the same day, around afternoon we had to take the same bus from Kadugodi terminus. The bus was scheduled at 3, we kept waiting from 2:45 at the terminus. But there was no sign of the bus. After waiting for 20 min, we lost patience and asked the bus station people about the service. Then came the shock, the bus already left! Arre, from where? why, from here itself! Now, this sounds fishy! All the time we were waiting on the very place, then from where did the bus leave? Now, no answer. So, be very careful while boarding a bus from any terminus of BMTC.they CAN decide from where to start the journey, either the terminus or midway. The only sufferers will be the unlucky people like us, but who cares? And they CAN drop people anywhere, that happened to me several times near Marathahalli and Electronic City. Well, an able bodied person like me can do that. But what about my aged mother and other people like her? The other day I saw an aged lady running after a bus and the conductor standing at the door laughing at her shamelessly.guys, have some respect! Previously we used to catch KIA 8 from electronic city frequently, the bus drivers and conductors were very nice to us and extremely punctual. After coming to Kadugodi I am seeing the opposite to that. So, anybody listening? Vayu Vajra is a very successful and trustworthy project of BMTC, please keep the name up. In future also I will prefer this service, please don't make people like us disappointed.
