I booked tickets online for Bangalore Darshini, money also got deducted from my account but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or msg.
I waited and waited then I tried to call their costumer care again disappointment, first of all there are so many numbers and half in them are out of order and on the other half people where supper rude.
Finally # 804957xxxx got connected and a girl answered. She heard my issue and she said I have to book again because KSRTC doesn't support Chrome so use Mozilla or E- explorer and your amount will get refunded within a week.
So I booked again from Mozilla but It happened again . money got debited and tickets no where seen.BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
I will never ever gonna book tickets in KSRTC and I recommend you guys out there to do the same unless you have free money laying around and want to put them on hold for a week or so.
