Birla Institute Of Technology & Science(shortened BITS) is an indian institute of higher education and a deemed university under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956. BITS has an four Campuses Pilani, Dubai, Goa and last Hydrabad Campus. BITS Pilani was ranked 101-110th in the QS BRICS Ranking 2016 and 178th in the QS Asian University Ranking 2016. Times Higher Education ranked BITS Pilani 601-800th in the World University Ranking 2017 and 196th in BRICS and Emerging Econamics 2017.
