The movie shows in big cinemas dint play on time when I went to watch Brahmotsavam. The Ac's were not working in the complete movie. The seats were also not so comfortable like the other multiplexes. Our family got stuck in the lift and the services were provided by the authorities in a bad way. The entrance to theatres was also so small that it took around 15 min to go inside.
The building was too old and the sound quality. Picture clarity were also not so great as other theatres. Spending the cost of 150 rupees per ticket was not worth watching a film here as there are many much better screens which offer better services at the same price. We came all away from Kompally to watch the movie in Ameerpet and the authorities told us that we can refund the money if we are not interesting the movie as the Ac's were not working.
Who is going to give money for our transport and for wasting our time. I want you to renovate the theatres and make sure that everything works properly in the theatres or else it's going to be very tough in attracting customers in a competitive place . Please make sure that lifts work and ensure that Ac's work all the time. Give a better service in every aspect ur lacking behind to improve the customer satisfaction which would further improve your goodwill and profits in the coming future. If u continue in the same way it's going to be very difficult for attracting customers so take measurable steps as quickly as possible to make the e experience in theatres better
