First Blue Home Finance Limited Fraud. Review on BHW Birla Home Finance

Underfirst blue home finance limited / deutsche post bank home finance / bhw birla home finance fraud(i mean fraud)nothing else.dont pay them processing fee. Govinda! Govinda first blue home finance limited .never ever pay them processing fee. Govinda! Govinda! 13 /14/15 july 2012 they will be in times property show , bangalore to cheat more customers.never ever pay them processing fee. Only company that begs you to refer your friend.first blue's condition is too bad that they dont get any customer opting for their loan since they take more interest.initially before collecting your documents & processing fee they will say 10.5, then afer collecting the processing fee interest rate will be between 14.5% and 18%. They made us to avoid the loan by giving at 18% rate of interest and never refunded our processing fee fraud(i mean fraud)nothing else.

first blue home finance limited has a track record of changing its name 5 times in 2 years.how does rbi allow such a finance company.try for loans in banks and not in fraud company like first blue.like a blue film everything in first blue is fake.you cant find some one doing fraud in a very professional way like these people. Their only income is processing fee.initially before giving papers they will say the processing fee is inr 2500, the day they collect the papers, they will say that loan will bw sanctioned in 2 days , so pay 15, 000 along with taxes extra.even i paid happily thinking that the loan will be sanctioned in 2 days.i has been 4 months now and still they are processing.

Whenever i call them they wont attend the call.so to talk to them , i have to call them and catch them from std booths, so that they wont be knowing those numbers.that too every time from different std booths. I have around 9 years experience and i work as a project manager in one of the biggest mnc drawing almost 12 laks per annum.this is the first time i am applying for a loan.i had applied for loan amount of only 35 lakhs.even though many banks came forward to give loan, due to one of the sales manager of first blue (who cheated me with butter words), i paid my processing fee of 15000/. I am waiting for 4 months , still they have neither given my processing fee nor received my loan.finally i decided to apply in hdfc and got my loan amount disbured to my account in hardly 4 days. First blue's only income is processing fee.so be careful, not to give your papers to these idiots. I believe that no one knows about this company. I am really ashamed , then why i paid them processing fee.

This is a company where no one takes loan.they were begging me to give reference of my friend's. I made 6 of my friend's to apply for loan and they also have paid their processing fee.but none of them have either got their loans or else their processing fees.one of these 6 guys also is a business guy who makes atleat 1 crore per year with proper tax returns, but even he has not been given loan.this company is so small that they don't have fund to give loan.they are arranging loans through the processing fee they collect from customers. RBI should look into all this and cancel the license of first blue. Even some people came to my house saying that they are credit managers, but none of them know anything about credit.none of them carry a identity card.they nicely cheated us ate nicely for few days, asked for drinks drunk well and then went missing.

Today they are in times property show to cheat few more customers.guys who have lost your processing fee, go there to tripura vasini, mekri circle, Bangalore , you can catch those fruad credit managers and sales managers. I am going there.guys if you are coming let me know.we shall go together. We should beat them black and blue.also we should hand over them to police.rline text
