The lay out of the app is not complicated at all. Though the app is not trust worthy, the app is made in such a way that anyone with a simple knowledge of mobile phones can use it.
Talking of the features, this app allows you to transfer money from one bank to another in quick time. You do not have to wait for another 4 hours for your beneficiary list to be updated.
Now the most important point is usefulness. I agree the app is made excellently , but it is not trust worthy. When you transfer money, many a times the money would not get transferred , but will be debited from your bank. And forget about the refund. It may take months, years or you might not get it back. I lost Rs9000 from bhim. They didnot refund my money. The customer care people are just useless and wont help you anyway. My advice DO NOT USE THIS APP
