I got my vehicle service d with BU for about 5 Years!! You would certainly ask why ? because that was the only approachable from Hinjewadi, so ease is the answer. I enjoyed the ease until I got the regular service done and lost this pleasure whenever there was a problem in the vehicle. For e.g
Engine foundation problem: Reported 3 times at 3 different time of service; technician found it some metal piece sound; later a local mechanic at Senapati bapat road (Maruti care point) found the problem and resolved
AC gas leakage: BU kept my vehicle for 4 days but could not found the leakage; later I took it to Pandit Auto in the main town and got it resolved in 2 days. What else ?? BU technicians fitted the Steering Wheel wrong way !! I mean upside down the TATA logo and rewired the indicator lights swapped left and right . For steering they asked extra money if I need to correct it, for their fault.
There was a sound from the bottom because of a hit at some bar under the chassis; 3 visits and 7000 Rs I paid to change various parts including timing bearing and belt, and last day my constant Mr Pardesi says " Sir app to jab bhi aate ho kaadi hi kate ho". The day I went ant met the manager about the issue he called a mechanic who resolved the issue by bending heat bar just 15 minutes, I asked Pardesi why did you kept changing the parts when had no idea about the issue, he started showing me broken part and asked if I wanted to use it in the vehicle. he kept laughing and I was helpless,
When wheel alignment was not correctly done, I revisited the centre after a month it took 3 hours and repayment for realignment.
Anyway I have sold by vehicle now; No BU bhandi any more.
