I feel this review is:
I have an Axis Bank account and I am not satisfied with its banking services. They charge for everything. Even they charge for sending account balance messages. Did I told you to send those? Internet banking and mobile application is also not as good as compared to ICICI Bank. Most of the ATMs do not work at the time of emergency like demonetisation. Customer service executive are not so trained to solve your queries. My experience is worst with AXIS bank and I am planning to close my account with them.
