Maintaining Saving / FDRs / OD accounts of almost all my family in Annapoorna Branch, Indore, since last 10 years or so. We hardly visit to Bank and doing the work on net banking. But some times for some problems which we could not solve online / or by mails. in spite of mails than I have to visit the branch.
For Instance- Recently ( 9th Feb 13 ) I have faced a great problem in Issuing saving Pass book of my daughter in law Ms Shalini. Firstly I have been asked on 2nd Feb. to come on other day to collect the P.B.. When I reached the Bank the Pass book was prepared at that time ( waste of petrol for second round / foreign exchange). The P.B. was not Issued from the date it was desired. Hardly 25 entries were more but after several request the lady has not done. The same was bring to the knowledge of Operation Head but he also could not helped me. This is to inform that I am a senior citizens.
We request to choose some customer friendly Bank and open account some where else than this branch.
P.S. Now with out informing to us our LAS account has been blocked by the Bank.
