Sunil Khanuja Guys be aware of axis bank services.some fraud transactions were done through my credit card in may as well as june.When I informed the bank about it they said that they will not refund the money as I didnot get my card blocked within 7 days of transactions.How could I get it done when I didnot get any message or mail after transactions n was shocked after seeing the statement.nobody is taking any action although I have logged the complain three times n saying money cannot be refunded as it is my fault.Yes, it is my fault to believe in axis bank services.as per them, the fraud person should have informed me after doing wrong that sir, i have done my work now u can logg the complain.What a bullshit.They are so irresponsible towards their customer.So it is better to opt for other bank services who at least care for their valuable customers.
