I am having a savings account with Axis bank. I got a transaction of Rs.5000/ from the ATM of PNB on 27th July 2013.Amountt has been debited from my account but did not get the money. I made complain on 29th July 2013 to the Axis Customer care for the same Ref No.1307034738. They said to me wait for 7 working days, after this TAT there was no response.


Again I made a complain to the Axis Customer care on 7th August 2013 with new ref. no.1308010203. This time they told me to visit the branch. I went to the branch which is at Karol Bagh on Padam Singh Road, New Delhi and submitted a written complaint on 10th August 2013. Now again they have told me to wait for 17 working days. Now TAT is over but issue is still the same.


I am getting only one response from Axis Bnak that it was a successful transaction as per PNB. Now who the hell will clarify that who is right or wrong? Will I get my money back which is stuck from more than one month?Every time I have to call the customer care or branch but no one is even bothered to call back or guide the right way.
