They don't open an account even after giving all essential documents.
I tried 3 times but even after submitting 50000 rs and all my govt valid documents, they did not open my account. I applied on 4 April 2024, today it is 19 April 2024.
Only document they want for my name verification is a passport. My passport expired in 2022. But I have given my Adhar, election i card and even a Notary certificate for my name change after marriage.
But they need nothing but a passport? Why only passport? Everyone does not have a passport then why don't they take any other document?
