I have maintained savings account in Axis and had activated internet banking 2 weeks ago. Its not assigned properly. I am unable to login and perform transactions.


To pay via internet banking, I need to put 4 passwords, present 2 passwords. I think at presently they are using 2 passwords.


Recently I have used ICICI internet banking, it was very smooth and transaction was done completely in 2 steps.


My suggestion is do not go for Axis, as this my personal experience from 2011.
