For the first time I opened my bank account in axis bank. And its my first bank account. All the account holders in axis bank recommend me to open the account in axis bank. At first I felt the service that axis bank renders to its account holders is good. And after a few months the service they give to its account holders is very bad.
The service they render for the first time differs a lot from the service they give after a few months. Staff of axis bank is good when we appear to them for first time. .but day by day they show a different type of attitude to the account holders. Sometimes we have to wait for a long time even if the staffs are free. They make us wait for a long time. I feel axis bank is good but I have a bad experience in the service rendered by its staff members to the account holders.
