I am a Axis Bank Priority account holder with customer ID of 065000836 maintained at Basaveswara Nagar, Bangalore.
I had ordered on 14 May 2013 Prestige Induction Cook-Top with free build your kitchen set worth Rs 2420 [item code: AD29] under Axis eDGE Loyalty Rewards Program vide order number I000038166 by surrendering 30, 590 points accumulated over many years.
On 17 May 2013, I received Prestige Induction Cook-Top only without the assured the kitchen set as stated in the catalogue [details of the item is in the attachment].
Nothing has been mentioned in the letter that accompanied the item about the kitchen set.
When I contacted the Priority phone banking service, I was asked to contact the branch! They refused to raise a ticket.
Two of my emails sent to their customer service have not been replied so far. My complaint raised in their website also evoked no response.
So, Axis Bank Priority customers are troubled on priority, it seems. They promise moon in their catalogue and don't deliver it!
