Axis bank is the big name in the the sector of banking in india but according to the name the bank should not provide a service .
The staff which is appointed in the bank for providing a service to the clints are not provide his service properly they are not able to satisfy the customer fully.
The services like Net banking, Phone banking or customer service is average or below average.I suggest the persons who want to open a bank account with axis think before taking action ervice and facilities of this bank is too good from other bank. In bank office there is always active staff member who is available for my help.
And in the bank there is s sofa arrangement so people who old and suffering from joint pain they will sit there and staff provide all things to the customer. I like the axis atm card design and colour and passbook machine is arrange in the exit and entering gate of the bank. I am very happy from the bank and there service which they provide and I love it and trust the bank.
