Axis Bank I think is average for customer satisfaction it's providing customer service very well including netbanking phone banking available for 24 hours. You have any issues related transaction they will provide very well service to problems swolve . But more people said bad for new customers they will get straguls, this is correct mean here atm less available all the India Axis Bank runs in the market slow they will should be provide to costumer service proper all categories.thank you.
