Unfrortunatly Opened Bank Account. Review on Axis Bank

My Sister had moved to corporate sector and joined a job there, The Company had a tie up with the Axis Bank and I dont have any another option . So I had to go for Axis Bank and had Opened Account There, But I regret alot that was my Biggest Mistake but I dont Have any another option, So I had to go blindly for this . When I had visited the nearest branch I was attended very quickly and my Account was opened on the same day within the 1 hour . The Bank Employee visited my home address for the documentation and my Account was opened within a hour . All the facilities were given hand to hand for ex- passbook, cheaque Book & ATM Card, which I liked Alot . Afterwards When I visited the Branch No One was Listening my Issues and Because of Bank Employees mistake they had opened Current Acc instead Of Savings and I had to pay 1000 Rs Extra for Conversion Charges Which was not my Fault . I had very Disappointed with services which they provide after the Account had Opened . There are many people who was fighting in the Branch for some reasons for one or another . I was Confused that I had Visited The Bank or Fish Market that Day . Employees Does not tell the customers about the whole Details, there are some Hidden` things which has been told to me by them afterwards . But I had no any other option possible instead of going for this bank . Really Fed up with the Staff and their services .
