I went to the bank branch at Aundh, Pune for Contact number updation and SMS Banking registration since I wanted my ATM pin to be regenerated. The form was submitted on 8th of June but till now no update was received. I called the customer care and found that the number was not yet updated.
Complaint was registered( viz. 7825485), and again while calling them back for the status, I got to know that the Bank Branch are delaying somehow for which another complaint has now been registered (viz. 7841324).
Don't know what the matter is exactly, but I did the same thing in HDFC Bank and got my contact number updated within 2 working days. Have to wait for the complaint status for one more day. God knows what will they do.
