Recently, I visited other country on a business visa for a company work. The multiple currency card of Axis bank was provided to me. After reaching there I realized that the card is unable to withdraw money from ATM. Fortunately, it worked as Credit Card. I tried to solve the issue with our company's broker, nodal agent. Nobody was able to help.
Secondly, the online ID got blocked and I was unable to check what is charged by a vendor and the recent balance. After coming back to India, I tried to talk to customer service several times. Everytime they asked me to connect another number. After being in queue of another number for half an hour, nobody picks the phone and we have to leave. I experienced this issue several times.
Its very hard to get help for multiple currency card. I dont know, whether there would be any money in my account. Very bad service. Next time, I will not travel with Axis bank card.
