Dacoits. Review on Axis Bank

Due to some unknown reason UNICEF had 800/- debited from my account to which I tried every way to avoid the deduction. As when I contacted the Axis bank, I told them that the amount is not yet debited but the text messages stated that it would deduct on a monthly basis. So I immediately transferred all the funds to another account. Okay I was safe for some days, later when I received my salary there was a deduction of 180/- for unknown reason. Amount transferred as salary was 25000, received was 24880. Later as mentioned above, UNICEF deducted 800 without any confirmation from my end. Tried contacting and asking for help, but they said there is nothing to be worried about, which was a lie. Later when visited the branch physically and also had to take a leave from office, still there was no solution to the problem, was standing in the Kalanagar, Bandra branch for a 40 min duration. Then later like a tortoise they paid attention to what I said, and which was a again of no use. As ultimately they said they have mailed regarding the same and also will get back to me in just 3 days, still waiting for the call or mail. Nothing, just big promotions does not make your bank the biggest bank, but while doing a little for the ones who stand as the foundation of your organization might really help to keep your organization the best. So either help or let us have the account closed.
