Axis Bank is an indian private- coperate bank, And I am a member of this bank since 5 Months. The service and support of this bank is very poor in my opinion.
Phone Banking service is very average, it should had been better but it is very average which is a disappointing thing.
ATM Availability is Excellent, this service is available 24/7, which is a awesome thing. And I love the ATM service of this bank.
Internet Banking is very slow, I had a very bad experience of Internet Banking on this bank.
Customer Service is disappointing, they should had given better customer service because it is a private Bank.
