I have experience with customer service of this
banmonce I need the information about all my transaction in last 3 months and like the other bank I just called the customer service phone on. And they send all information on my email.
When they open the account with to call the details including the documents from us like Aadhar Card an all. but still after opening and account I have to do Aadhar linking and mobile number linking manually and once had to go to the branch to submit the application.
People do not need to worry about rqueries they have very good customer service available. I like there customer service . there is all mine many problems many times overall it is very good bank for Savings and opening a personal account.
