Credit card issued was used to purchase one mobile. Full value as shown on credit card statement is paid by cheque. Cheque is droped in drop box provided by bank. Bank cleared it after due date, then in subsequent statement other charges interest etc. is charged. On communicating to them over phone promise to revise it, but even next statement also showed charges on charges therefore card is cut into peices and dropped in drop box. Now after more than three years recovery department is activated. Initially they came for settlement, to avoid headache we accepted it, but upon my acceptance they refused it very very rough language. The amount to paid for settlement was Rs.400/-
Bank advertise "there is solution everything" Is this solution?
Moral of the story do not use such cards.
