UTI bank customers have lost more than one crore of their hard earned money, because of fake online website, used by scamsters to withdraw money from customer accounts.

How can UTI accept such a scam lying down, that too when Nigerians in New delhi were involved in it. They are notorious lot in such frauds known popularly as 419 gang in nigeria.
UTI seems to have used cheap software, leading to such problems for scamsters to use Phishing websites to make it look alike.
Why scamsters used only UTI bank and not hundreds of other banks. It is a clear indication the money is not very safe wit UTI bank for Online banking , because their IT systems are flawed, or its a inside job , who help scamsters to hack their systems.
UTI must come with a public explanation, how their systems were misused.
Depositors have to be very careful now onwards, until the bank gives total insurance on online banking.
UTI bank must upgrade the systems like other leading banks, where they have more advanced secuirty systems .
Banks are like custodians of our hard earned wealth, and this should not be exposed to thieves and fraudsters. then whats the use of such banking systems, where they cant safeguard our own money.
Its like putting it on open.
Indian banks must learn from all foreign banks, which avoid such scams. India has the best IT brains in banking software, and cant undeerstand how this can happen.
UTI bank must rebuild the confidence in customers . In fact because of UTI bank, all indian customers are now afraid of using online banking....and end up queuing at banks.
the advanced systems could not be used because of the weakness in the systems.
