I have been working at Axis Bank full-time(More than 3 years)
Pros
The working culture is very good . My team which I was working under taught me much more than my profile. My work profile not only was related to my boss but I also take care of other work related to the team .
Cons
Nothing till now . I do not think there are any cons for the company. But if I want to change any thing in the company I would like some more new youngsters to join the bank and give there new ideas to the bank
Advice to Management
I have very good experience working in axis bank. Transparency is poor in relation to employee performance. And HR is so week to protect employee from superior.
