Never I tell you never open an a/c with axis bank especially in the axis bank of shree arcade branch or now known as Brabourne road branch. The people out thier are liers and lazy. They will lie to you regarding anything just to perduade you to open an a/c in thier bank.
When it comes to providing service thier are very bad at it. They will not help you with any bank related matters. I went once just to update my passbook because I wanted the statement of my savings a/c to deposit as proof. I tried to persuade them to do so but instead they replied in a rather very rude manner saying that he is busy doing some work and asked me to come the other day,
And he was doing nothing, just sitting thier ideal. What a lier. He just had to put it in the printer, such a lazy person. Suddenly they were debiting my a/c with Rs.118 as verification charges every month. They did not help me with this also. It is a pathetic branch, rude people, not at all helping, so do NOT open any a/c from this branch of Axis bank. Worst service providers.
