Hi friends I have opened an account in Axis Bank 2 years back. Earlier I used to have sbi account but they used to have a bad service so I chose to switch.
Axis bank has been a good service ever since I started to use it. I use Internet banking which enables me to use it at home and maintain my account very well. It has good co-ordination with my phone as well everytime I withdraw or I do any type of activity it instantly sends me a message which is really good for the security of my account.
There are ATMs everywhere I go. So I think they are providing a good service to the customers. ATMs are fine and working more often than not
Internet banking facility is very well. It is most essential in todays world/
Axis bank also provides many services such as Cred824it card, Insurance, Loan etc. My friend has got a loan of worth 50 lac at @10.5 ROI which is lower than the other banks and it is constant throughout.
Customer service is very well Initially I had some issues but they handled it well and instantly.Even when I visited the branch I felt that they really care for there customers.
Now I am also planning for a loan and might get it in a month or so
