Update on this:
I'm once again cursing my luck after trusting Axis Bank and re-depositing this cheque. This time I went to Attur Layout - Yelahanka Branch, met the MAnasultanger and endorsed with giving a copy of my pan card which shows my full name.
I had deposited this cheque at Attur Layout branch on 6-dec-2016 at 2:14 pm. I'm right now talking to your customer service representative Chetan who tells me that this cheque has not been scanned into the CTS at all!
Please, PLEASE, return my cheque, I'll open an account with Corporation Bank and use it, if that's what I have to do.

Thanks to Axis Bank for ruining my holiday weekend!
I work for US based process so Thanksgiving holidays give me a long weekend to spend with my family and dear ones.
To summarize my painful experience with Axis Bank:
Deposited cheque into my Axis bank on 22/Nov at Axis Bank, Tumkur road, Yeshwantpur, Bangalore.
The branch NEVER processed the cheque(scanned the image for Clearing House processing) till now.
Emailed Customer Service and Nodal officers desperately. No answer.
Contacted toll free helpline, was promised call back. No response.
Tried calling Tumkur road branch, no response.
Escalated to Senior MAnasultangement of Axis Bank but no resolution yet.
All this clearly tells me that Axis bank clearly does not care for it customers. All I got was promises of call backs. Till now they have been only promises.
@ Axis bank - instead of giving me generic consolations, use these details to resolve my problem:
