Axis Bank, Anwar Shsh Road Branch, City Heights, Calcutta I went to open a New Account and wanted to make an Fixed deposit of 2.5 Lacks The lady at the West most Corner talk to me Tried to convince me for some other investment plan When I said I am not interested for any locking period She got angry and started yelling to me. So if this is the way they deal with customers then I have no interest in any transaction with AXIS bank. I was interested in AXIS bank because The FD interest rate is 9% where as HDFC and HSBC( more than 2 yrs with them excellent customary support) is providing 8.25%. Another Problem is
When I make a fixed diposit of more than 5000 RS in HDFC BANK
The attached Savings account becomes 0 Balance account. NO Quaterly Balance is required. No charges if the amount goes below 5000 Rs.
But in Axis Bank they will still charge me even if I make a fixed deposit more than 1 Lacks
