I have bad experience with Axis bank. It offers internet banking facility to the customers but many time it took long time to process.
There are few ATM available in my locality and most of the time all are inactive or temporarily out of order.
Phone banking facility is up to the mark but need to improve. Axis bank app need to be customer friendly. Some times the app crushes in between work.
Customer service is ok for mebut when ever I called for help they put my call on unnecessary hold. Professional staff needed ffor customer service.
