I was at the branch by 3:25 and the Bank Shutters were already down. I told the security chap and he called a whining character of a staff from inside who appeared on the scene after 10 minutes and did not have the courtesy to talk the customer and instructed the security not to allow anyone inside as the bank timings are over.
With the impending holidays I wanted to make an important cash deposit in the branch. Such is the unprofession attitue.
Very unproffesional staff and this bank will quietly loot all your balance without informing you. No customer care available. You cannot escalate the issue it will go to a useless IVR
An update. December 15, 2016 - It is also pretty clear that this bank uses paid reviewers to give positive reviews on this portal. For the information of all, the senior officials of this bank were caught in the recent old notes exchange scam in Bangalore. This is a shady bank.
God save you. Stay away from this fraud bank.
